Course Overview:
The Sensory Skills Professional course is designed for advanced coffee professionals responsible for leading sensory programs, managing quality standards, or developing coffee products. The course focuses on generating consistent and repeatable sensory data through structured testing and precise evaluation methods.

Participants learn to design and conduct descriptive sensory tests, calibrate sensory panels, and analyze data for quality control and product development. The course also addresses common sources of bias in sensory evaluation and provides tools to mitigate them. Additional topics include shelf life testing, consumer research, and integrating sensory feedback into business strategies.
